I can’t thank Stefanie enough for the role she played in my marathon journey. Five years ago, when I was preparing for my first marathon, Stefanie helped me put together a training plan that worked with my schedule and introduced me to new techniques that really made a difference. All thanks to her guidance, I not only crushed my first marathon, but I’ve now run four more (and counting!) To this day, I’ve followed her training schedule for every race, and I can’t imagine how I would’ve discovered my love for marathons without Stefanie’s support and expertise.

I’ve worked with Stefanie for multiple facets. We started my fitness journey in 2017, in person. I was able to hit my fitness goals with her help and keep them there for many years! She kept me motivated enough to become member of the month at the gym. In 2022, as she was in South Carolina and I was in Michigan, I reached out to her for run coaching. She created a plan to help me through my first 1/2 marathon. I managed to keep a solid pace and was incredibly proud of my results. Stefanie continues to keep me inspired from afar in my journey. Not to mention she’s also in general a fun, caring, genuine human to be around.

I had always been a short-distance runner and never imagined I could complete a half marathon. I had no idea where to start or how to balance training with my regular workouts. Stefanie changed all of that. She created a personalized plan that allowed me to continue doing what I love—going to Orangetheory regularly—while also preparing with the long-distance runs I needed. From the beginning, Stefanie believed in me and saw my potential before I did. Her frequent check-ins and constant support kept me motivated, even during the moments when I doubted myself.
One of the most memorable parts of my training was a snowboarding trip to Colorado. Despite being away from my normal routine, Stefanie made sure I could still stay on track with my training while also enjoying quality time with my family and hitting the slopes.
Thanks to Stefanie's guidance, I beat my goal of finishing in under 1:45, completing my first half marathon!

Having Stefanie as a coach helped me develop an organized training plan and race day strategy. I found it very beneficial in being able to collaborate with someone on training and coming up with workout/race plans. Also helped majorly in gaining confidence going into harder workouts and when the race day approached. Stefanie was very communicative and made herself available whenever needed. I really appreciate her help and guidance through this process and help getting me to a big PR!

I needed a kickstart to get back into training mode after taking the year off. I’ve tried other running programs virtually but wanted the hands on experience of a coach.
Being able to just know what the plan was that week and having someone be able to adjust it for you when things come up was helpful.
This is definitely the most prepared I have felt for a race. Putting in the miles in training helped me get through the ups and downs of race day.
A milestone I’m most proud of has to be getting through my injury and still feeling prepared on raceday. I performed well and it’s because of the training miles before the injury and Stefanie’s coaching!

Before coaching I felt like I kind of hit a plateau with what I was previously doing and wanted to change it up a bit. Having a set plan of what to do each day, along with a person who is there to answer any questions, give encouragement, feedback, support, and believe in you no matter what really gave me a foundation that would lead me to feel stronger and more confident in my ability as a runner. I pushed myself beyond what I thought I could do. I PR'd and BQ'd in the marathon!
