You training plan will be shared with you via VDot app
Plans delivered weekly, so you always know what to do next, without being left to figure it out on your own.
Communication: Unlimited support via text/email—because sometimes you just need a quick check-in to stay on track (I’ll always respond within 48 hours!).
Adjustments made to plan when needed.
